Law Enforcement Leadership
Andres Angulo previously worked in law enforcement within the City of Yuma Police Department and the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office. In his 18+ years on the job, Angulo oversaw patrol operations, led investigative units and coordinated multi-agency efforts. Angulo served as Police Sergeant, as well as Sergeant of Investigations.
As a Police Sergeant, Andres Angulo directed Special Operations and Patrol units. In addition to responding to emergency calls, Angulo strengthened the public’s relationships with law enforcement by working closely with community organizations to develop programs.
As Sergeant of Investigations, Andres Angulo led efforts within the Yuma County Narcotics Task Force. Angulo managed complex investigations and maintained the integrity and accuracy of case reporting.
