Art of Living Foundation is a volunteer-led organization dedicated to improving quality of life through the practice of yoga and meditation.
Happiness: it’s something we all long for. Relaxation: an idea we all wish to attain. But how can you achieve these two wonderful things when you aren’t sure where to start? Art of Living Foundation is committed to offering its participants serene clarity in the way of both happiness and relaxation. Through their community-centric projects and wellness programs, the Foundation aims to introduce the world to the key to positive approaches.
