Avery Tiras is a professional in the investment analysis side of real estate. He currently works as an Equity Research Senior Associate at Citi within the Real Estate & Lodging Team. Tiras is a recent graduate of Vanderbilt University. 
Based in Houston, Texas, Avery Tiras is an Equity Research Analyst in the real estate industry, specializing in Healthcare and Office REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts). As a member of Citi’s Real Estate & Lodging Team, Tiras provides crucial analysis of investment trends to ensure that his clients are able to invest in Commercial Real Estate confidently. Outside of his professional work, he is passionate about keeping in shape by staying active. A lifelong baseball fan and an athlete in his own right, Tiras played baseball throughout his academic career. He is interested in joining a recreational baseball league in the Houston area. Outside of his passion for baseball, Tiras enjoys a regular weightlifting routine at the gym.

Avery Tiras is a proud graduate of Vanderbilt University’s Class of 2020. He maintains his Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development. Tiras’s academic journey at Vanderbilt proved uniquely enriching for the professional’s business education. He completed numerous courses that would prove relevant in his early career, such as Investment Analysis, Accounting, Corporate Valuation and Systematic Inquiry. While enrolled at Vanderbilt, Tiras was an active and contributing member of the University’s on-campus community. He was a member of Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity as well as Vanderbilt Club Baseball. Tiras also worked as campus Tour Guide and stood as a Founding Member of the Vanderbilt Real Estate Club. Tiras graduated with a 3.92 GPA and achieved Magna Cum Laude designation.
