Caitlin Thibault is a student teacher currently in pursuit of her Master of Arts (MA) in Secondary Education Mathematics. She also works independently as an academic tutor.
Fairfield University (2017 — present)
Caitlin Thibault is working towards completing her M.A. in Secondary Education Mathematics at Fairfield University with a projected graduation date of May 2023. Caitlin also completed her Bachelor’s in Mathematics (with minors in Economics and Educational Studies) at Fairfield. During her undergraduate enrollment, she actively participated in numerous student-led organizations, including Play Like a Girl, Psychology Club and Mathematics Club. She also supported efforts that benefitted charitable initiatives,
such as St. Baldrick’s Foundation, Colleges Against Cancer and the Wounded Warrior Project. Caitlin has remained on the Dean’s List consistently in both her undergraduate and graduate studies.
Norwalk High School (2013 — 2017)
Caitlin Thibault’s academic excellence at Fairfield can be attributed to a passion for learning that has followed her throughout her education. At Norwalk High School, Caitlin consistently received High Honors in her classes. Passionate about participating in the overall school culture, she was actively involved in numerous extracurricular activities, including St. Baldrick’s Club, Best Buddies Club, and Assumption Church HS Youth Group. A student athlete throughout her enrollment, Caitlin played on the varsity soccer, varsity indoor track and JV lacrosse teams.
Driven by a desire to help others, Caitlin Thibault is passionate about volunteering whenever she can. She has volunteered at several local soup kitchens, shelters and other community based organizations in the past and looks forward to working on more projects in the future. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys traveling and documenting her adventures by taking pictures of her favorite views! Her favorite vacation destinations include Florida (with a stop at Disney World, of course!) and Ireland, where she visits her family and friends in Tipperary and County Kerry.
