Across his decades of experience in land management and field operations, Bagley has acquired solid command of all aspects of land and mineral leasing. He is uniquely qualified in land & mineral acquisitions, surface representation, land title research, mineral title research, surface audits and land operations. Since 2022, Bagley has stood as Owner & Landman of Lone Cypress Land Company / Cypress Energy Partners.
Land & Mineral Consultant
Christian Bagley has cultivated a strong toolkit of strategies as a Land & Mineral Consultant across his 20+ years of experience in the industry. He is particularly established in mineral auctions, mineral leasing, mineral management and mineral title research. As a Land & Mineral Consultant, Baley is actively involved in all facets of leasing minerals to companies. This includes but is not limited to land and mineral acquisitions, sourcing and operations.
Previous Experience
Christian Bagley has established himself as a capable and dynamic Independent Landman. Prior to establishing Cypress Land Company as Owner & Landman, Bagley maintained various leadership positions within other ventures. In his 20+ years of experience, the Independent Landman worked for such organizations as Loutex Production Co., Eagle Rock Energy, Delta Steel Technologies, Covey Park Energy, Apache Corporation, Sable Permian, and Barricade Environmental.
Volunteer & Community Work
Outside of his professional work, Christian Bagley is an active supporter of various nonprofits. His volunteer and community work efforts include supporting Night to Shine: Tim Tebow Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and Alsbury Baptist Church. Faith based nonprofits and organizations that support US Military veterans are particularly important to Bagsley and his family.
