Christopher Roach is a Tampa based cyclist. An avid sports and recreation enthusiast, Roach is passionate about keeping active. His passion for cycling started out as a hobby and quickly turned into a full lifestyle for him. A great way to relieve stress and keep active, cycling became an outlet, just as much as a hobby for Roach. He has integrated cycling into his life completely. Every day, Roach goes for an afternoon ride around Tampa. An integral part of his day, the avid cyclist ensures that he rides for at least a mile each day — and that’s the minimum, of course!
In addition to his scenic cycling adventures, Christopher Roach embraces biking as a method of transportation. When given the choice between driving in a car or hopping on his bike, this cyclist will always prefer the latter! Roach also competes in cycling competitions, including long-distance cycling events (also known as cycling marathons or centuries / century rides).
Church Volunteer
A proud man of faith, Christopher Roach is passionate about volunteering in his church community. On Sundays, Roach takes pride in representing his church as a Church Usher. In this role, Roach is responsible for greeting attendees upon arrival, helping people find seating and ensuring that services run smoothly for the members of the congregation. As someone who is passionate about being a part of the church community, Roach’s role as an Usher comes naturally to him. He is fulfilled by the opportunity to share a smile, kind word and quiet support to his fellow parishioners and congregation members. Roach’s volunteerism extends beyond Sunday services. When possible, he enjoys volunteering at church events, holiday services, fundraisers and other seasonal programs hosted by the church community.
