Bowen Center for Human Services and as an Admissions Director at Millers Merry Manor. Singrey has worked at Angels of Mercy Home Care since 2014. Bachelor of Science (B.S.) — Ball State University
Christy Singrey is a proud member of the Ball State Alumni Association. Singrey maintains a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Ball State University, with a minor concentration in Counseling Psychology. During her enrollment at Ball State, the Social Work major was a member of the Delta Zeta sorority. She also participated in a four-month practicum with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware County. This formative experience largely inspired Singrey to pursue a meaningful career in Social Work. Singrey continues to support Ball State University as a member of the Ball State Alumni Association and a lifelong member of Delta Zeta.
Special Training
In her commitment to providing the highest quality social work and community outreach services, Christy Singrey actively pursues special training opportunities. She is currently CPR certified and has completed Crisis Intervention Training. In her 20+ years working in the medical social work industry, Singrey has taken on many challenges and learned new lessons along the way. She is passionate about acquiring expertise through hands-on, impactful experience in the community.
Hobbies & Personal Interests
In her free time, Christy Singrey enjoys practicing peaceful hobbies. She is passionate about practicing yoga, painting and gardening. Her volunteer and community work with nonprofits is truly her greatest passion in terms of personal interests. She has volunteered with The Alzheimer’s Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Meals on Wheels.
