Business Coach Craig Fant empowers others to stay motivated. He is an active participant in volunteer projects that foster children’s involvement in athletics.
Volunteer Work
Like many kids growing up across the nation, Craig Fant fell in love with sports. In particular, he quickly became a major fan of football. Even as a young boy, he noticed that not every one of his classmates had access to vital sports equipment, like protective gear. He often shared his gear with friends and teammates over the years. This proved to be a common practice amongst his athlete friends. Sharing equipment was something the teammates would often do. Now, Craig Fant continues that same ‘pay it forward’ mentality by contributing to athletic charities for kids. Throughout the year, he supports fundraising efforts that aim to equip disadvantaged youth with proper athletic equipment. In particular, he volunteers his time to benefit Good Sports and Beyond Sport.
Good Sports provides youngsters with equipment for a variety of sports. The program is called Equip-a-Child. Supporters of the program have the opportunity to select which sport(s) they wish to donate funds to, such as:
- Baseball
- Basketball
- Hockey
- Lacrosse
- Football
- General Fitness & more
Beyond Sport promotes positivity on and off field. One of the core values of the organization matches Craig Fant’s belief, which is that youth sports leagues help children build leadership skills.
Business Coach
Craig Fant is a teamplayer both on and off the field. He brings the same level of passion in his athletic ventures to his work as a business coach. Having maintained leadership roles throughout his life, he understands, firsthand, the value of inclusive, team-oriented command. As a business coach, he enables business professionals to realize their full potential. He treats all workers with the same level of integrity. Whether he’s coaching an executive or an entry-level new hire, his professionalism does not waver.
Craig Fant promotes the concept of the inside-out approach. This professional methodology relies on strengthening the core of a company. The business coach believes that investing in current employees and their skill sets is beneficial to not only the individual, but the company overall. A strong foundation solidifies the success and longevity of any corporation.
