As a real estate developer and CEO, Podrog loves dreaming up ideas for his acquired properties as well as new startups. But he’d love to team up and partner with visionaries skilled in other aspects of the development process. Many of the properties he’s already acquired are listing ready. Through his experiences with other start-ups, he’s established a network of marketers to help him shine a spotlight on the properties available for resale and lease. But what he’s truly interested in is working with individuals on a more artistic plane. Recently, he has started to seek out raw land in what he believes will prove to be lucrative areas for retail businesses. He’s now interested in partnering up with talented architects who can help bring his design ideas to light. In particular, he has ideas for building layouts of restaurants and stores. He hopes to develop truly unique structures that will intrigue not only potential buyers, but future consumers in those spaces!
