David Simonini is a proud alum of the University of South Carolina Class of 1982. He maintains his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Business. During his enrollment in the SCU Darla Moore School of Business, Simonini was an active member of the school’s campus culture. Absorbing every opportunity to network with fellow students, he often collaborated with his peers on various on-campus projects. Each day he spent at SCU, Simonini found himself inspired by the architecture of the school’s many buildings. The timeless designs of these structures fascinated him. Even though his degree’s focus was in Marketing and Business, Simonini’s admiration of the SCU campus planted a seed that would eventually blossom into his career’s greatest passion: architecture design.

The Simonini Group is an innovative architectural design and land development firm. Very much trend-forward, the team is focused on creating structures that are modern, functional and timeless overall. Along with his teammates, David Simonini and the Simonini Group have been awarded numerous accolades, solidifying their place in the development of neighborhoods, commercial and residential structures in the Southern United States.
For more than two decades, David Simonini has represented the Simonini Group as Director of Creative Consulting. In his time consulting the group’s architectects, builders and designers, Simonini has contributed to the planning of more than 1,500 housing development projects.
