Skinternal Founder Donna Gannon is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Licensed Esthetician, Fitness Instructor and passionate believer in mind-body medicine. Embracing the holistic approach, Donna’s Skinternal offers a variety of programs that help individuals achieve balance in their health, wellness and beauty. Starting from within, Skinternal focuses on providing lifestyle management focused on healing the internal and pushing outwards to the surface (or skin) level. Integrating elements of nutrition, fitness, detoxification, clean beauty, yoga and other wellness practices, Skinternal seeks to help others shine from the inside out.

A firecracker with a calming presence, Donna embodies duality. In each and every interaction, the Lifestyle Coach and Skinternal Founder seeks to make a genuine connection that is impactful and intentional. A gentle listener who brims with energy of positivity and encouragement, she is truly inspired by the opportunity to empower others. A Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and formally trained culinary professional, Donna is a firm believer that stress and poor nutrition can negatively impact a person’s physical and spiritual health. As a Lifestyle Coach, she aims to offer the resources necessary for a person to make impactful positive changes in their lives.

Certifications
Donna Gannon is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Licensed Esthetician and Natural Foods Chef. She maintains certifications as a Yoga Instructor 500RYT and Pranayama Instructor.
Qualifications
In addition to her certifications, Donna Gannon has completed formal education in Classic Culinary Arts at French (International) Culinary Institute in New York City. She also received her Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Donna’s Esthetician Licensing is facilitated through Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics, with a focus on Advanced Training in Noninvasive Healing. Additionally, Donna completed her yoga instruction courses at American Yoga Academy and Kranti Yoga in Goa, India.
