In 2012, Edan Gelt’s life changed forever — her 4 year old daughter was diagnosed with leukemia. This devastation prompted Edan Gelt to make a major perspective change in her life. While her daughter pushed to recover and regain her strength, Edan Gelt began volunteering and organizing charitable events for her local community. She lent her unique skill set to numerous community relations and cancer research projects such as:
