Perhaps Erika Giron’s greatest passion project is Horizon Pacific Staffing. Committed to the idea from day one, Giron has put her heart and soul into Horizon Pacific all the way through! The medical staffing solutions provider began with only $20 and after the first year, Horizon Pacific grossed a revenue of $320k! But that was just the beginning… Now, five years later, the startup turned established venture has grossed $3 million in 2021! With her sights set high, Giron is now looking to expand Horizon Pacific Staffing to an international market. She represents this venture as an Executive Leader, Principal and Recruiter.
