Farhana Khera has dedicated over 30 years of her career in law to promoting racial justice and equity. Khera set the foundation for her expertise with early academic pursuits at Wellesley College. Khera maintains a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Political Science. Following the completion of her undergraduate studies, Khera continued on to earn her J.D. Law degree from the prestigious Cornell Law School. Her expertise as a Civil Rights Attorney and Advisor has been developed through a culmination of experiences in helping leaders advance racial equity within their organizations and businesses.

In her role, Khera focuses on Artificial Intelligence AI bias risks.
