Khera maintains a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Political Science. Following the completion of her undergraduate studies, Khera continued on to earn her J.D. Law degree from the prestigious Cornell Law School. Her expertise as a Civil Rights Attorney and Advisor has been developed through a culmination of experiences in helping leaders advance racial equity within their organizations and businesses.
