Faris Sweiss’s expertise in the areas of real estate and property management dates back to his adolescence. At 12 years old, his father introduced him to the construction trade through a variety of projects. This experience aptly prepared him for the realm of property management, which he has since developed on with the launch of his startup, Blue Shadow Property Development LLC. Along with his latest pursuit with Baird & Warner, Sweiss looks forward to developing his real estate portfolio and solidifying his expertise as a property manager and real estate investor.

Pitbull Awareness
A proud owner of a certified purebred Pitbull Terrier, Faris Sweiss is passionate about breaking down the stigma surrounding the pitbull breed. For generations, pitbulls have been hit by public prejudice, largely perpetuated by the media and ill informed misconceptions about the breed. As someone who knows firsthand how loving, loyal and intelligent pitbulls actually are, Sweiss is bothered by the public’s negative perception of these wonderful animals. He thoroughly enjoys any opportunity he is given to educate others by explaining why this prejudice is, plainly, wrong. Sweiss hopes to join forces with pitbull awareness initiatives on a more formal basis in the future. For now, he continues to spread his message, person-to-person, in his daily life.
