Provides assistance, information and support to clients and insures client relationship
maintenance. Solve and provide IT related problems and services, record and solve clients’ issues
reported by phone or via e-mail, install software and tools, manage general administrative issues,
draft reports and provide a wide range of direct I.T. services.
Major Responsibilities
Responsible for help desk monitoring and support tasks. He/she acts as a first contact point when
it comes to technology related requests. Assisting with the maintenance of existing computer
systems and with the installation and implementation of new technologies. .
Specific Accountabilities
answering the support telephone line and responding to incoming request
monitoring support requests received by email
responding to support requests and questions in due time
diagnosing and/or clarifying and/or resolving support requests
seeking appropriate guidance for more complex matters
maintaining computer systems
conducting setup of computers, printers, multifunction devices, audio-visual equipment
and other information system
monitoring the performance of the systems
assisting the seniors with preparation of IT documentation regarding system
configurations and technical processes
