Preston Management is a professional management firm specializing in multi-family, senior living, and commercial properties. As Chief Executive Officer, Baysinger acts as the liaison to property owners and provides communication with staff, residents, and vendors. Along with her career at Preston Management, Karrie Baysinger is also a licensed real estate instructor. For four and a half years, she taught real estate for the largest real estate school in Texas. While teaching, Karrie realized that genuine and quality information about real estate was extremely limited. She found that most of the information out there did not really focus on education but instead focused on selling items such as training videos and seminars. This information was built more around get rich quick schemes rather than providing people with useful and accurate information. Because of this, Karrie Baysinger was inspired to begin writing books on real estate filled with practical, accurate, and resourceful information.
Karrie Baysinger is currently working on a five book series focused on the real estate business. The series is entitled, “Real World Real Estate”. Her first book, “The Roadmap to Successful Investing”, is available on Amazon today. In this book, Baysinger discusses the items that one must consider when evaluating a specific property such as financial considerations, property condition, capital improvements, deferred maintenance, financing, and learning how to evaluate which real estate investment offers the best financial return.
Before beginning her long and successful career in real estate, Karrie Baysinger earned her degree in Government and Business from the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, she earned a degree in Spanish and Culture at the University of Madrid in Spain.
