He returned to school, enrolling at Boston College, to obtain his Masters of Business Administration and graduated in 2001. His educational background provided him with the skills necessary to create a successful and lucrative business model.

Keith Flenniken has built an impressive portfolio of commercial and residential properties amassing over a dozen throughout the state of New Hampshire. One of his most prestigious commercial properties is located in Hooksett, New Hampshire. This property remains host to a number of major national tenants, including Enterprise Rent a Car and Safelite Glass. Keith plans to continue expanding Flenniken Enterprises.
