In her role as CEO, Swing oversees an array of projects including concerts, multi-day festivals, Events as a Service (EaaS) programs and the DoTheBay digital media platform. She focuses on developing sustainable partnerships, curating unique community-based events and using technology to deepen connections between artists and audiences. Swing’s expertise spans brand-aligned events, advanced ticketing systems, platform integrations, B2B music tech solutions and creative approaches to fan engagement.
About Noise Pop
Noise Pop was founded in 1993 as a small club showcase. In the 30+ years since its inception, Noise Pop has grown into a cornerstone of San Francisco’s cultural life, having hosted early performances from acts such as The White Stripes, Modest Mouse and Courtney Barnett. Beyond its flagship annual festival, the organization produces events year-round, collaborates with local arts groups and serves as a launchpad for emerging voices.
