Neal Fusco is a Marketing Manager specializing in Health Services. In his free time, Neal Fusco is an all-around family man. He enjoys perfecting his skills as an amateur chef of Italian cuisine, coaching his children’s baseball and soccer leagues, and planning family vacations.
Professional Career
Neal Fusco received a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Millikin University in 1999. Directly after college, he began working as a Marketing Specialist at QVS Technology Group. In his first Marketing role, Neal Fusco consulted ophthalmologists in order to secure patients and advertise their LASIK procedures. This initial experience helped create a driving passion for the medical field.
Over the course of 17 years, Neal Fusco maintained various positions at Zurich North America. He rose through the ranks, initially starting with the company as the Managed Care Account Manager in 2000. By 2017, Neal Fusco stood as the Director of Managed Care. His experience at Zurich provided him with extensive knowledge of medical payments, cost reduction, worker’s compensation claims, analytics, and medical management services.
While at Zurich, Neal Fusco maintained membership in the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) as well as the Workers Compensation Research Institute (WCRI).
Sports
Dating back to his childhood, Neal Fusco has always maintained a love of sports. A fan of all sports, he considers himself a golf and football aficionado. In high school and college, Neal Fusco played golf at the varsity level and participated in state tournaments. Juggling his family life and professional pursuits, finding time to play his beloved golf has grown difficult over the years. He admits that he now watches more golf than he is able to play, but still deeply enjoys a nice round of 18 holes whenever he can.
A loving father and husband, Neal Fusco considers himself an all-around family man. He cherishes every moment he is able to spend with his family, playing sports in the yard or learning how to cook a new dish. Combining his love of sports with his focus on family, Neal Fusco nurtures his children’s passions in baseball and soccer. He has taken a hands-on approach, volunteering his time to assist in coaching efforts for his children’s teams.
Vacations to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida and Hilton Head, South Carolina have turned into family traditions. Neal Fusco gravitates toward beaches and sights with historical significance, hoping to pass his travel bug gene onto his children.
