Peter Kapiloff currently provides guidance to Kapiloff’s Glass, Inc. (KGI) as a Strategic Advisor. An instrumental member of the team, Kapiloff previously led Kapiloff’s Glass as Vice President (VP) of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In 2025, the business owner transitioned ownership of the company to three employees on the KGI team.
Kapiloff’s Glass, Inc. (KGI) is a family business that provides large commercial glass installation services. Founded in 1982 by journeyman glazier Alan Kapiloff, Kapiloff’s Glass established a foundation in the community by offering residential glass repair and window installation services. When Peter Kapiloff joined the team in 2000, he sought to elevate the venture to new heights. Focused on glass technology, Peter transformed the approach and business strategy of KGI to incorporate innovative, cutting edge ideas. Today, the company exclusively completes commercial glass installations, having officially closed all residential operations. Additionally, the company built on pillars of craftsmanship, skill and integrity now completes the majority of structural safety and glass installation of public projects in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Waubeeka Golf Links
Peter Kapiloff is a Co-Owner of Waubeeka Golf Links. Peter owns Waubeeka Golf Links with his brother, Christopher Kapiloff. Waubeeka is an 18-hole championship public golf course situated on a picturesque stretch of 204 acres of habitat-friendly land in Western Massachusetts, New England. Peter is proud to Co-Own Waubeeka Golf Links alongside his brother; both Co-Owners maintain an ancestral connection to the sprawling acreage. The brothers are the great-great-grandsons of Smauel Rhodes, who once owned the property as farmland purchased in 1875 and 1883.
