The spark that would set Scot Rourke’s entrepreneurial spirit ablaze can be traced back to his brother. During his formative years, he worked side by side with his brother on various business building projects. The first leap was a valet parking service, which taught a young Scot Rourke the value in registering an opportunity. He and his brother also ‘flipped’ vehicles for profit. Together, they’d hunt for diamonds in the rough, hungry for a drop of opportunity. They started with bicycles and graduated to motorcycles and cars, developing their mechanical hands along the way. The experience taught the Rourke brothers how to envision the bigger picture, a lesson that has proven fruitful. Not one for taking things at face value, Scot always aims to envision what an idea or business could become, despite its current status. This approach has earned him a respected reputation as a Business Coach and Advisor.

In 2013, Scot Rourke founded Elevara, an independent business coaching firm. The project provided business leaders with advisory services that aimed to foster ambitious growth, improvement and profitability. Four years later, Scot Rourke is gearing up for Elevara’s reincarnation — and it’s going to be bigger than ever before!
In 2019, Elevara will relaunch as a team of seasoned professionals with expertise in all aspects of business operations. Directed by Rourke’s own entrepreneurial experiences, the firm will specialize in helping business leaders implement strong improvement strategies.
