Sean Perkin acquired his Bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Southern California. He spent several months after graduation searching for work, but unfortunately the architecture market was suffering from the poor economy. With the economy continuing to plummet after graduation, Sean jumped into the marketing field. Early on in his new career, he opened up his own music bundled magazine, XSeSS Living, which published nation-wide throughout major retailers. Throughout his success at XSeSS Living, he gained invaluable knowledge and skills in branding, graphic design, and human resource management. Sean Perkin’s worked so fervently at the magazine agency that he would someday be noticed by marketing agencies working for Fortune 1000 companies.
Nonetheless, again, the poor economy brought turmoil to Sean Perkin’s career. He left the magazine company and entered the real estate industry, where he began working as a sales agent and climbed his way up to become a broker specializing in retail and development. However, the 2008 market crash brought new and inconceivable waves of turmoil. He left the brokerage just shy of the great crash in 2008. He began his new lucrative career in investments soon after. Taking advantage of the low prices in the real estate market, Sean made one of the riskiest investment decisions you can make that early in the investing market: he went all in on the crash with his fingers crossed. Since his major investment decision, Sean and his partners have brought in tremendous profits, acquiring properties with resale values of $200,000-$300,000 each. Today, the investment company has grown to even greater levels and targets on average exits prices north of $2.5-$3.5 million.
