Cycling has always been Steven Dombrowski’s preferred method of transportation. An adventurer at heart, he ties together the worlds of travel and cycling by taking his bike along with him on his international journeys. He’s cycled along the gorgeous Greek coast, winding Welsh roads, Singaporean city streets and many, many more. But when the tragedy of cancer struck the Dombrowski family, Steven realized that his cycling efforts could count for so much more than a personal best.
Currently, Steven Dombrowski is training to participate in charitable cycling competitions. Through his fundraising and advocacy efforts, he hopes that he can encourage others to join the cause. In his view, no effort is too small, nor will it go unnoticed. That’s why he’s interested in both participating in and promoting charitable cancer awareness initiatives on the local, national and global levels. For this cyclist, racing to the finish line holds a deeper meaning overall.
Cycling Charity Competitions
Steven Dombrowski looks forward to supporting cycling charity competitions around the world. Even when he cannot participate in a particular competition, he hopes to support these endeavors in the way of marketing and promotional efforts.
Dombrowski believes strongly in the efforts of The Pablove Foundation, an initiative that’s fighting childhood cancer with positivity, compassion and love. The positive nature of the Foundation both inspires and empowers him to do his part to advocate for cancer awareness. In his view, education is the first step in fueling the fight to find sustainable cures. The Pablove Foundation agrees, with many of their initiatives centering around art and science initiatives.
In the near future, Steven Dombrowski hopes to support Pablove Across America as both a participant and a promoter. Pablove Across America is a cycling competition with a route that stretches across California from South Lake Tahoe to Los Angeles. By promoting this event, Dombrowski hopes to do his part in contributing to The Pablove Foundation’s incredible research efforts. With each competition that he trains for and promotes, Dombrowski is working towards a finish line that reads ‘cancer free for all!’
