Initially, he set out to visit every country in the European Union as a personal goal. He’s already well on his way to completing that goal, having visited England, Ireland, France, Germany, Norway, Greece and Italy already. Always up for an adventure, Fant was eager to visit new lands and meet new people. Quickly, he realized that there is more than meets the eye when it comes to traveling the world.

Through his world travel efforts, Timothy Craig Fant has developed an elevated understanding on how our cultural backgrounds shape our identities. Equipped with this perspective, Fant is aiming to give back to communities while taking into consideration their cultures. Although he hopes to expand his philanthropy to other countries, he’s starting with initiatives at home. Most recently, he organized an event that brought in $20,000 in donations to support the Make a Wish Foundation. This experience perfected his approaches in public relations, event hosting and marketing. The success of the event has influenced him to continue with similar efforts.
