Tracy Ingersoll is a human services professional with decades of experience in leadership roles. She currently serves as the EA to the Superintendent & School Committee of Wilmington School District.
Education & Training
Tracy Ingersoll initially established the foundation of her education with the pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Suffolk University. Ingersoll also maintains a Master of Business Administration, also from Suffolk. Keeping pace with the human services industry, the EA has worked diligently to commit her career to continuous development and training. Along the way, she has completed various courses; in turn, achieving development in the following areas:
- CPR & First Aid (effective thru 2022)

Nonprofit Development
Volunteer & Fundraising Manager
When possible, Tracy Ingersoll enjoys focusing her leadership energy in areas that benefit current and future causes. Often volunteering her time locally, Ingersoll has worked with numerous nonprofits over the years and now hopes to take on a more development-focused role in this sector quite soon. She believes that her expertise in human services and leadership specifically well equip her for management of nonprofit projects. In the future, Ingersoll intends to help organizations improve their fundraising efforts; a focus she has taken on in the past. Outside of her professional work, the dedicated volunteer enjoys lending her skills to the benefit of nonprofits and charities in the local area.
