Usher Khan is an aspiring physician. While pursuing his Pre-Med studies, Khan currently works as a self-employed science tutor.
For as long as he can remember, Usher Khan has harbored a love of learning. Energ
ized by education, Khan finds fulfillment in the learning process — both from the standpoint of a student and also as a teacher.
Even in his early elementary school years, Usher Khan enjoyed helping other students in class with tasks they found themselves struggling with. In his experience, assisting someone else in the learning process often proves enriching in his own academic journey. While pursuing his academic goals in the medical field, Khan continues to find fulfillment helping others in their studies by working as a self-employed science tutor.
Education & Training
B.S. in Neuroscience Studies
Usher Khan is a recent University graduate. He now maintains his Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience. Continuing on in his academic journey, Khan is now in pursuit of his formal medical field studies. He looks forward to developing further on his foundation on Neuroscience, an area of study that he is already fervently passionate about.
Medical Assistant & Registered Orthopedic Tech (ROT)
As of 2021, Usher Khan is currently pursuing medical assistantships at a dermatology practice as well as an orthopedic surgery practice. Khan is also a registered orthopedic tech (ROT). This hands-on experience has been incredibly fulfilling as he fine-tunes his expertise as a physician.
Science Tutor
In high school, Usher Khan worked full-time as a tutor. In addition to dedicating time in the classroom and at home to his studies, Khan committed 30-40+ hours per week to tutoring his fellow students. Driven by a fervent desire to both learn and teach, this experience is a labor of love that he has carried on into his collegiate career. Fascinated by the subject of science, Khan enjoys diving into all the information that encompasses the field. Taking that passion a step further, Khan now works full-time as a self-employed science tutor; in this role, he offers critical clarification in the discipline of science and assists students in decoding their studies.
