Yury Chernega is a real estate entrepreneur who specializes in short term rentals as a tool to build passive income.

Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Chernega immigrated to the United States in 1978. His Ukrainian-American backgrou
nd shaped his outlook on life and instilled in him responsibility, perseverance, and long-term planning from an early age. When he was 17 years old, he started a decorative balloon business, and that entrepreneurial spirit never left him. Chernega attributes much of his success as a multi business owner to these early experiences growing up in a multicultural community that valued hard work and discipline.
