His command of Pinnacle Holdings Inc. is hands-on; taking charge whenever and wherever necessary. An inclusive leader in approach, Dr. Lall is passionate about working side by side with his team. Beyond his responsibilities at the helm of Pinnacle Holdings Inc., he also maintains various roles within professional organizations of the hotel industry. Specifically, Dr. Lall stands as a Member of the Hotel Lodging Association and the Asian American Hotel Owners Association. He has previously served as a Board member on the Hilton Owner’s Advisory Council. Outside of his work in the Hotel & Hospitality Industry, Dr. Bharat Lall embraces numerous forms of rest and relaxation. Dr. Lall is passionate about the physical and mental health benefits of practicing yoga and meditation. For several years, he has started and concluded each day with designated yoga and meditation time. An avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast, Dr. Lall enjoys taking his passions for yoga and meditation outdoors to nature, whenever he can. He also enjoys swimming in the ocean and hiking at national parks across the United States.
