Dr. Dilantha B. Ellegala M.D. is a world-renowned neurosurgeon. In addition to founding Sonospine, he is credited with establishing NGO Madaktari Africa. Sonospine’s Surgeon-in-Chief also maintains membership on various boards, such as:

Dr. Ellegala holds Bachelor’s and Doctorate degrees from the University of Washington. During the course of his studies, he completed residencies at hospitals in the United States and New Zealand.
