William Ashton Dooley is an award-winning Physical Educator with extensive experience in higher education kinesiology programs. He has taught a broad range of undergraduate physical activity and wellness courses, including basketball, backpacking and hiking, ultimate frisbee, group fitness, body conditioning, jogging and walking in both in-person and online formats. His teaching philosophy emphasizes physical literacy, evidence-based instruction and inclusive learning environments that support lifelong engagement in physical activity. Aviation Training

William Ashton Dooley is an engaged community member and dedicated volunteer with a sustained record of service across education, food security and local outreach initiatives. His volunteer work includes more than 200 documented hours supporting food distribution and pantry operations with Solidarity Sandy Springs, as well as service with the Community Assistance Center in South Sandy Springs. In addition, Dooley has contributed his time to organizations such as the Special Olympics, the Humane Society, Nuci’s Space, Historic Athens and Athens Educates, reflecting a broad commitment to community well-being, access and support systems.
