Alan Jernigan is energized by his personal commitment to fitness training. Jernigan is an avid bodybuilder who regularly competes in NPC Oklahoma bodybuilding competitions. The bodybuilder is a two-time winner of Mr. Oklahoma, one of the premier bodybuilding displays in the Oklahoma fitness training scene. Jernigan trains daily in Tulsa, Oklahoma in preparation for various fitness training events and bodybuilding competitions. He is also a former football player who continues to enjoy the sport at the amateur level.
