Eager to achieve academic excellence, Jeffrey Luffman pursued and obtained his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health and Physical Education from Cameron University. Luffman quickly ascertained that the best area to transfer his extensive military leadership experience would be professional development in the non-profit sector. With his eyes set on a career in Non-Profit Public Administration, Luffman went on to receive his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis (UMSL).

As of 2024, Jeffrey Luffman is a current graduate student at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Luffman is pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) at the UMSL. As an accelerated Master’s student, Luffman is on a fast-track to achieving success. But nothing is rushed for Luffman, who applies careful consideration and unwavering commitment to his work.
Former Military Leader
Jeffrey Luffman is a proud US Army Veteran. The former military leader is a 100% combat service-connected disabled veteran. In his recent career pursuits in Public Policy and Administration, Luffman brings a unique sense of resilience, drawn from his past as a former military leader. Today, the former military leader continues his commitment to those who serve by participating in volunteer efforts with local veteran service organizations. Luffman actively volunteers for the Kaufman Fund, the Disabled American Veterans, the Missouri Veteran Commission and the Saint Louis County Board of Elections. Backed by a military career of his own along with continued involvement in veteran service organizations, Luffman’s volunteer engagements deepen his understanding of the needs within the veteran community and the nuances of public service.
